Work has begun on the renovation of the old elementary school for Tri County CAP to house Headstart and other TCCAP community service programs. The architects are Samyn D'Elia Architects of Ashland. The general contractor is Milestone Engineering & Construction of Concord. Both sitework and work on the building are now underway.
