Chairman Burgess reminded the board that Tri-County CAP's purchase and sale agreement for the old elementary school building expires at the end of the year and that the social services agency must have all town permits and enough money to renovate the building by Oct. 31. He said the town administrator reported to the selectmen that the Grafton County Economic Development Council might be interested in the building if TCCAP is unable to purchase it.
